Bal Vatika

Bal Vatika programme in kendriya vidayalaya is designed as a preparatory class for children before Grade 1 with a focus on developing cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities through learning by fun classes. In kendriya vidyalaya Shalimar Bagh Bal Vatika-III started from 2023-2024. This year Bal Vatika consist of 33 students.The Bal vatika programme is envisaged as a one-year programme before Grade 1 which is meant to prepare children with cognitive and linguistic Competencies that are prerequisites for learning to read, write and develop number sense through a play-based approach
